Additional Charges Add with Regular Freight (Heavy, Bulky or Oversized Products)

In order to offer these items it is necessary to charge an additional oversize fee. An additional oversize fee of 10% will be charged for each large oversize item. If you are ordering large or to be shipped to remote areas, there will be an additional charge of 5% (large items - 10% + 5%).

  If an item that you have selected has such a fee, you will see the oversize icon appear on that item's detail page.

Remote Areas

If you are shipping to an address with one of the following postal codes, the address is considered remote. Payment for your merchandise and shipping will be processed upon your approval of the shipping fee.

Back Orders

We pay the freight charges on all back-orders as far as each provincial forwarding point. We will typically cancel back-orders valued at $15 or less, or where we cannot guarantee delivery due to discontinuation by manufacturer.

Taxes

Prices on the website will automatically calculate federal or provincial taxes upon checkout. These taxes will be added to your invoice at the appropriate rate. All items on this website are subject to GST (or HST), and PST in Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec. If your institution is exempt from GST or HST you must submit an exemption certificate via fax or mail with your order.

Warranties

Warranties cover structural damage under normal use. This does not include damage to the finish of the item. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Shortages

Shortages will be corrected immediately upon your telephone call. If you receive a box that looks damaged, please write "POSSIBLE HIDDEN DAMAGE" on the freight bill before signing. In both cases, please call us as soon as you can and provide your customer and order numbers (from the packing slip).

Shipping Methods

If the standard shipping method is selected at checkout, in stock orders are shipped from our warehouse next business day via Canada Post in Canada .Express shipments in Canada are sent using courier ground service.
